I am applying for Membership in The Reconcile Church." and sincerly submit that I;

Have received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and Lord in accordance with the Scriptures (John 1:12-13; John 3:3-8; Romans 10:9-10)
Have been baptise in water by immersion subsequent to my confession of faith Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:38; Acts 8:36-27; Colossians 2:12)
Have been, or am seeking to be, baptised in the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:5-8; 2:1-4, 38-39; 10:44-47)
Undertake to accpet and support the ministry & Oversight functionaing within the Church, accepting both priviledges and areas of resposibility (Acts 20:27-30; Hebrews 13:17)
Express willingness to regularly attend the services and to contribute to the financial support of the Church through tithes and offerings.
Do not hold membership in any other Church or Denomination
Have attained the age of 18 years

my application for Membership will be considered by the oversight at their next meeting and I will be advised of their decision as soon as possible after that meeting
Upon approval of my application for Membership, my name will be entered in the Register of Members of the Church and I will receive a Certificate of Membership.
